Please note that refunds are subject to inspection of the returned product(s) in original and unused condition. An email communication will be sent upon inspection to inform the decision of your refund, whether approved or rejected with an explanation. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method and it may take between 5-7 business days for processing and settlement.
All purchases and transactions made on the website directly or through affiliate links or at e-commerce websites are final. Returns and exchanges are only accepted if the product is defective. Upon receipt, returned product(s) will be inspected.
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
• The product(s) must be unused and in its original condition
• Do not accept open-box deliveries
• You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery to request a return.
• The return package must include all original product(s), including packaging, invoices and labels.
